Great camera but buy the 400d now, beware tho-once you start using the camera more and more you will want to buy more and more lenses. Go for IS lenses if you want to shoot wildlife or sporting events. I have a 350d and have just bought the 400d, i photograph whales and dolphins but my husband is a birdwatcher and always wants the camera to shoot birds- even tho he said he wasn’t interested when i bought the 350d. Now we have both we fight over the 100-400 IS zoom lens!
