Consider the battery strength when purchasing a camcorder, since you want the longest recording time available. The battery life of a digital video camera in continuous use is 4 to 8 hours. Zooming and other devices reduce the battery life

The camera you purchase will automatically include some kind of digital video editing software. If the editing software that comes with the camera isn’t exactly what you need, Adobe and other software designers provide a variety of options at many price points.
