Helpful consumer’s review
After reading the instruction manual for about an hour (children not best pleased on Christmas morning)I was finally ready to use the camcorder. I used the DVD format first but was really disppointed with the quality of recording when I played it back on tv. Found out how to change the quality of recording but lost alot of recording time so only getting about 15 minutes per DVD. DVDs also need formatting before use and again before play back. SD card is for photos only so not the best camcorder for long recordings or long holidays as you will need alot of DVDs. Overall I was disappointed with this camcorder, the lack of detailed information available on Amazon and the fact that this kind of item cannot be returned unless faulty.
