Helpful consumer’s review
When the camcorder arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how small and lightweight it is. It is extremely simple to use although the battery life is terrible – about an hour. The zoom is good but the image shakes a lot when you have it on maximum zoom. The lens cover doesn’t come attached with a string so I lost that on the day I got it.

The sound quality is fairly good but you can’t really hear it if you play it back on the camcorder rather than a tv or laptop. The picture quality is good but filming in dark conditions doesn’t produce a good picture.

Overall, I’d recommend this camcorder because it’s value for money, lightweight and produces good videos. You will have to have a collection of spare batteries with you or alternatively take the charger with you.

  • Kevin: That doesn't even address the poor driver. It doesn't and kodak has no plans to support linux and block developers from working on one due to copyrig
