Helpful consumer’s review
I’ve only had this camcorder for a few days and I’m very impressed. I previously had a Sony Digital-8 camcorder but it malfunctioned a couple of weeks ago and Sony wanted over £160 to fix it. I therefore figured I’d be better off buying a new camcorder. Part of my criteria was to get a solid state memory camcorder too, i.e. no film and no hard drive. That is, the less moving parts, the less likely that something will fail. I got the MX20 for £140 and a 16gb card for £20. The camcorder is tiny. It’s unbelievable how much technology has progressed in the last 3 years. It fits in the palm of my hand, unlike my previous Sony camcorder which was a bit of a monster to loaf around. The battery life is great (up to 3 hours) and the picture quality is brilliant. I’m sure there’s better camcorder’s out there if you want to spend £200+, but this one certainly meets my needs. I’ve taken a lot of video already and it displays great on my TV (an audio/video cable is supplied with the camcorder). I had to load the footage from my previous camcorder in real time onto my computer, i.e. 1 hour footage took 1 hour to load onto my computer. With this one however, I can simply copy and paste the video data straight onto my PC’s hard drive in a few minutes.

  • Kevin: That doesn't even address the poor driver. It doesn't and kodak has no plans to support linux and block developers from working on one due to copyrig
  • printercartridgesupplies: Great all-in-one printer from other printers because of its advance features.
