I bought this as my first dvd camcorder. I am impressed. Good value for money. It is robust and I would highly recommend it if you were looking to purchase a camcorder at a great price that would function as good as the camcorders that are at a grand price. It does not have the LCD touch screen feature as you would find on the other camcorders of a grand price but you could still work around that manually. It does have an LCD screen though. It is small enough to be able to fit in your pocket or handbag. Also it is manufactured by good brand name (Panasonic).
